Since arriving in Brazil in 2010, SGBH has demonstrated its confidence in the country and the Brazilian people. 2010
- Signing of purchase of shares for concession project in Brazil.
- Creation of SGBH.
2010
State Grid acquires 100% from 7 utilities:

- Expansion Electric Power Transmission SA (ETEE)
- Expansion Transmission Itumbiara Marimbondo SA (ETIM)
- Serra Paracatu Energy Transmission Company (SPTE)
- Poços de Caldas Energy Transmission Company (PCTE)
- Table Saw Power Transmission (SMTE)
- Ribeirão Preto Energy Transmission Company (RPTE)
- Itumbiara Energy Transmission Company (ITE)
2011
Wins Aneel Auction with acquisition of 51% from LNT - first asset in partnership with Eletrobras.
2011
SGBH begins supporting, and continues the partnership to this day, the social project Orquestra Maré do Amanhã.
2012
Opening of headquarters in downtown Rio de Janeiro
2012
Wins ANEEL Auctions 002/2012 and 007/2012 with participation of 51% in the concessionaires:

- Matrinchã Energy Transmission SA (TP-Norte)
- Guaraciaba Energy Transmission Company SA (TP-South)
- Paranaíba Energy Transmission Company (SPE)
2012
SGBH receives award for best company in the electricity sector in Brazil in 2012.
2013
Acquires 100% from 5 dealerships:

- Iracema Energy Transmission SA (ITE)
- Itatim SA Transmission Lines (LTI)
- Araraquara Energy Transmission Company SA (ATE)
- Porto Primavera Transmissora de Energia SA (PPTE)
- Catxerê Energy Transmission SA (CTE)
2013
Auction 007/2013 was won with the participation of 100% from the concessionaire Marechal Rondon Transmissora de Energia (MRTE).
2014
Winning Auction 011/2013 for the implementation and operation of Belo Monte Transmissora de Energia SPE SA (BMTE) – 51% participation (with Eletrobras) First UHVDC ±800 kV project
2015
Acquires 100% from 2 dealerships:

- Montes Claros Transmission Lines SA (LTMC)
- Atlantic Brazil Energy Transmission Concessionaire SA (ACTE)
2016
Auction won with participation of 100% from the concessionaires Canarana Transmissora de Energia SA (CNTE) and Paranaíta Ribeirãozinho Transmissora de Energia SA (PRTE). Expansion of the transmission network in Mato Grosso.
2017
Belo Monte Transmissora de Energia SPE SA (BMTE) starts operating, two months ahead of schedule.
2017
Start of construction work on XRTE
2018
The concessionaire Canarana Transmissora de Energia SA (CNTE) begins operations.
2019
PRTE and XRTE dealerships start operating
2020

SGBH wins another auction that gives rise to the group's new company: Silvânia Transmissora de Energia.
2021
SGBH participates, for the first time, in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and is certified with the GPTW seal, as one of the best companies to work for.

2nd place in the ranking of the best companies in the energy sector by Valor Econômico.
2022
First issuance of green bonds by SGBH, allocating R$235 million to the Silvânia Transmission project, in the state of Goiás, confirming our commitment to sustainable growth aligned with best ESG practices.
