2010
- Signing of purchase of shares for a concession project in Brazil.
- Creation of SGBH.
2010
State Grid acquires 100% of 7 concessionaires:

- Expansion Transmissão de Energia Elétrica S.A. (ETEE)
- Expansion Transmissão Itumbiara Marimbondo S.A. (ETIM)
- Serra Paracatu Energy Transmitter (SPTE)
- Poços de Caldas Energy Transmitter (PCTE)
- Serra da Mesa Energy Transmitter (SMTE)
- Ribeirão Preto Energy Transmitter (RPTE)
- Itumbiara Energy Transmitter (ITE)
2011
Aneel Auction wins with acquisition of 51% of LNT - first asset in partnership with Eletrobras.
2011
SGBH initiates support, which continues the partnership until today, to the social project Orquestra Maré do Amanhã.
2012
Inauguration of the headquarters in downtown Rio de Janeiro

ANEEL Auctions 002/2012 and 007/2012 wins with a 51% interest in the concessionaires:

- Matrinchã Energy Transmitter S.A. (TP-North)
- Guaraciaba Transmissora de Energia S.A. (TP-Sul)
- Paranaíba Transmissora de Energia S.A. (SPE)

SGBH receives the award for the best company in the electricity sector in Brazil in 2012.

Acquires 100% of 5 dealerships:

- Iracema Transmissora de Energia S.A. (ITE)
- Transmission Lines Itatim S.A. (LTI)
- Araraquara Transmissora de Energia S.A. (ATE)
- Porto Primavera Transmissora de Energia S.A. (PPTE)
- Catxerê Transmissora de Energia S.A. (CTE)

Auction 007/2013 wins with 100% participation of the concessionaire Marechal Rondon Transmissora de Energia (MRTE).
2014
Awarded in Auction 011/2013 for the implementation and operation of Belo Monte Transmissora de Energia SPE S.A. (BMTE) – 51% stake (with Eletrobras) First UHVDC ±800 kV project
2015
Acquires 100% of 2 dealerships:

- Transmission Lines Montes Claros S.A. (LTMC)
- Atlântico Concessionária de Transmissão de Energia do Brasil S.A. (ACTE)
2016
Auction wins with 100% participation of the concessionaires Canarana Transmissora de Energia S.A. (CNTE) and Paranaíta Ribeirãozinho Transmissora de Energia S.A. (PRTE). Expansion of the transmission network in Mato Grosso.
2017
Start-up of Belo Monte Transmissora de Energia SPE S.A. (BMTE), two months ahead of schedule.

Start of XRTE construction works
2018
The concessionaire Canarana Transmissora de Energia S.A. (CNTE) goes into operation.
2019
PRTE and XRTE dealerships come into operation
2021
SGBH vence mais um leilão que dá origem à nova empresa do grupo: Silvânia Transmissora de Energia.

SGBH participates, for the first time, in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and is certified with the GPTW seal, as one of the best companies to work for.

2nd place in the ranking of the best companies in the energy sector by Valor Econômico.
2022
First issuance of green bonds by SGBH, allocating R$235 million to the Silvânia Transmission project, in the state of Goiás, confirming our commitment to sustainable growth in line with best ESG practices.
