The Brazilian Association of Electric Power Transmission Companies (ABRATE) held a ceremony on February 25th to officially mark the transition of the entity's executive presidency, with the appointment of Talita Porto and the end of Mario Dias Miranda's term. The event brought together leaders from the electric power transmission sector. State Grid Brazil Holding (SGBH) was represented by vice-presidents Ramon Haddad and Jorge Bauer, as well as the Regulatory Manager, Fernanda Danan.
During the meeting, SGBH thanked Mario Dias Miranda for his leadership of the association and congratulated Talita Porto on this new phase, offering its support to ABRATE's initiatives to strengthen the sector. "Being present at this moment of transition demonstrates our commitment to dialogue and to building joint solutions for energy transmission in Brazil," stated Haddad.
With experience at Absolar, Axia Energia, and Empresa de Pesquisa Energética (EPE), Talita assumes the position with the mission of strengthening institutional dialogue and addressing the regulatory challenges of the sector.
“The exchange between companies and the association is fundamental to guaranteeing predictability, legal security, and alignment with the demands of the energy transition. SGBH remains committed to actively contributing to this process,” Bauer emphasized.
